• Analytics (optional): We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. When enabled, Sentry may capture error reports, performance traces, and on-error session replays (which record user interactions and page content at the time of an error for debugging). Analytics tracking is only activated if you consent via the cookie banner.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, which will re-display the consent banner on your next visit.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and serverless functions.
• Google Calendar & Gmail: Appointment scheduling, meeting link generation, and email delivery.
• Sentry: Error tracking, performance monitoring, and on-error session replays in production (only with your consent).

These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

8. Email Communications

We send two categories of emails:

• Transactional emails: Appointment confirmations, cancellations, reschedule notices, and credential requests. These are essential to delivering our services and cannot be unsubscribed from.
• Marketing emails: Follow-up reminders, review requests, playbook deliveries, and promotional content. These include an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your active services or appointments.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Form analytics data: 90 days
• Appointment and assessment data: 1 year after completion
• Client project data: Duration of the business relationship plus 1 year
• Email preferences: Indefinitely (to honor your unsubscribe requests)
